Users registration:

1. How do I create a user account?

• Clic on option Create new account.
• Choose one of the following two options to continue: Former student or New student.
• If you have already studied at the Institute, sat a level test or a DELE exam, your details will be in our system. In this case, please register as Former student so that all your online enrolments are included in your file. Remember to use the same email account address that you formerly used in our systems. Once you enter your email address, we will check your details and, if they match, you will receive an electronic email with your access data to register as well as your personal details that we hold in our system.
• If you are registering with Instituto Cervantes for the first time, please select option New student, enter the required details and you will receive an email with your access data to register online.

2. How do I retrieve my password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking on the option Request new password, enter your email address and you will receive an email with the steps you have to follow to retrieve your password.

3. I am a former student at Instituto Cervantes, I have sat a DELE exam or I have registered in a general or special course. Do I have to create a user account?

Yes. You have to select the option Former student and enter the same email address you entered in our systems previously so that we can verify your details.

The shop and its products:

1. What can I buy in the shop?

You can buy enrolments for our Spanish courses at Instituto Cervantes’ shop. Instituto Cervantes offers a wide range of Spanish courses through its network. You will find general language courses structured in levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages as well as special courses and tailor made courses to suit students’ needs. All courses comply with the PCIC (Instituto Cervantes’ curriculum).
